CMS Publishes New Web Site

Tulsa, OK, June 1, 2002 – Crematory Manufacturing and Service, Inc. recently announced the publication of its new web site designed to provide crematory owners and funeral directors with current EPA regulations for their area, crematory product information, answers to maintenance/operation questions, as well as a wealth of helpful information and resources for a modern crematory service. The new CMS web site can be found at www.CrematoryManufacturing.com.

General Manager Larry Stuart Jr. explains why a web site was prepared, “Directors need timely information. They can’t always keep up with regulatory changes or equipment repair procedures. Through our web site we are not only expanding our support to our customers, we are also serving the whole industry.” Stuart continues, “We plan to post industry news, tips on how to improve your bottom line, a Trouble Shooting Wizard (an online no-cost resource to help solve common maintenance/operation issues) and product information of interest to our site visitors and customers.”
When asked to justify the business logic and expense of a web site, Stuart replies that it is hard to trace the dollar value of the site in terms of ROI or projected sales. Stuart says, “We are trying to show our customers that we understand what it takes to build a profitable crematory operation and that we are creating products and solutions that help them succeed. Our web site will reflect our support for their enterprise with products that anticipate their business needs, information that is timely, and solutions to problems they all face.” Stuart emphasizes, “We want to be viewed by our customers as a resource for creative products and practical business solutions. By providing valuable counsel, superior products and insight into the business problems our customers face, we believe our customers will come to recognize CMS as a valuable partner. Our web site is a vehicle to help us enhance our partnership with our customers.”

Stuart adds, “In part the CMS web site is a response to a growing number of inquiries from the international market. Our Millennium Series Cremators in particular have captured the attention of the international crematory industry.” When questioned about the popularity of the Millennium Series Cremators, Stuart speculates, “Perhaps interest is based on the fact that it will meet or exceed every environmental emissions requirement for cremators around the world, or it could be because of its remarkable cost savings on maintenance and repairs.”

The CMS web site showcases the Millennium Series Cremators as well as many other CMS products. For additional information on CMS, Inc. products call 1-800-726-6120 or visit the CMS web site at www.CrematoryManufacturing.com.
