Maintenance Program

Includes two Maintenance Inspection/Tune-Up Calibrations per year, coordinated by our schedulers and a 5% discount on all parts, consumables and accessories. This is great for people who understand the importance of regular preventative maintenance, and who value the added security of having two face-to-face meetings with a CMS Service Technician each year.

Includes two visits per year for any reason—tune-up, emergency service call, scheduled maintenance, etc.— and a 10% discount on all parts, consumables and accessories. This is great for people that do not want to spend their time troubleshooting in-depth problems over the phone, or who like the flexibility to schedule visits at their convenience.

Repair Services

BCS technicians service all makes and models of cremators all over the world. Our on-call service staff and complete parts inventory ensures that no matter what the problem, CMS can provide immediate service.

Our technicians can often diagnose problems over the phone and talk the owner through the repair process, saving you time and money. But if your repairs are bigger than you can handle, a fully- qualified BCS technician can be on-site in no time to get you back up and running.

In addition to our service hotline, BCS
has an online help center. There you can find guides to walk you through regular maintenance, common troubleshooting methods, information about your machine, and much more. It even has a user forum to connect you with a community of other cremationists to get advice or share tips and best practices.
